I WANT MY MONEY BACK

First of all I had bought just about every character in the game but I lost all of my data and I restored my purchases but it only restored one! I also bought a new character and it took my money but I didnt get access to the story. I am so disappointed in this app. It used to be so good but now it is bad. There are way too many bugs and I cant restore my purchases. Please give me my money back or fix the problems
